Hands on experience with MicroStrategy 10x platforms including Developer, Administrator, Object Manager, Command Manager, integrity Manager.
Hands on experience on managing the Enterprise Manager Load and EM reports. Should have clear understanding of EM data structure and would be required to create customized reports on usage stats.
Should have experience in installing, configuring and managing VOIP servers.
Install, upgrade and patch MicroStrategy and associated middleware components, libraries preferably using non-interactive repeatable options for consistent images across installations.
Implement security controls necessary to avoid data exposure while working in global environments as per engineering standards.
Install and configure web servers like Apache, IBM HTTP SERVER.
Install and configure MicroStrategy business intelligence servers and client side tools necessary for managing it.
Configure file system based history list for clusters/multiple nodes.
Configure meta/stats databases.
Configure cubes/caches.
Perform similar setup in cob environments.
Upgrade web/app/iserver to latest versions.
Remove unused software installations/instances.
Should have experience of working with load balancers with sip signals and media.
Should have strong knowledge in installing and administering MicroStrategy.
Strong experience in Unix (mandatory).
Experience implementing SSO and LDAP integration.
Experience working with Vendors on product troubleshooting.
Must be customer oriented, able to interact with different teams, vendors, and a good team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
