Singapore LABGISTICS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the monthly business and operations review;
- Provide recommendations for operations improvements;
- Provide external clients with relevant business reports;
- Liaise with vendors on operational support to fulfil customer requirements;
- Support costing analysis for services rendered;
- Support BM to liaise with finance team for customer payment;
- Work with BM to develop service infrastructure to support new business development;
- Participate in internal/ external customer audits;
- Ensuring inventory accuracy in ERP system;
- Stocks reconciliation with 3PL;
- Liaising with logistics & warehousing team (internal & 3PL);
- Generating inventory related reports on a weekly and / or monthly basis;
- Coordinating with customer’s suppliers on incoming shipments;
- Order processing which includes preparation of delivery orders / goods collection note and coordinating with logistics team (internal & 3PL);
- Preparation of monthly invoice / billing per customer;
- Liaising with finance and following-up on payment status;
- Any other relevant duties assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar relevant field would be an added advantage;
- Knowledge of ERP software;
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success;
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
- Team player;
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Proficient in MS Office - word, excel, powerpoint;
- Good time-management skills;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
