**About the Job**:
We are looking for a responsible individual who enjoys working with children. Being a Customer Care Executive at Terry Chew Academy also requires you to be meticulous, positive and organized.
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sundays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

**Job Scope**:

- Perform front desk duties including student registration and handling inquiries.
- Track work tasks on Google Drive.
- Manage the center’s order and cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with coaches to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy of students’ progress to inform parents.
- Other ad hoc admin duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Min A Levels or Diploma in any field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluent in spoken Chinese.
- Have at least 1-year of experience in customer service OR working with teens.
- Knows how to operate on iOS system (MacBook)
- Have experience using Google Spreadsheet.

Training will be provided and we will work as a team.
