**Operations Cum IT Support**

**Job Description**:

- Oversight of the daily operations of the workshop and the operations departments
- Support Management and managers in the execution of daily operational activities/ issues, emergencies, and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the company policies and SOPs are abided by staff.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schemes that enhance operational efficiency and maximize profits.
- Monitor and follow up on the yearly maintenance work for the workshop equipment and diagnostic hardware, and ensure compliance with the audit requirements.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Handle necessary operations support as IT skills involve a blend of administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth business operations, including troubleshooting common IT issues, providing technical support to users, and maintaining IT systems.
- Collaborate with sales and administrative departments to ensure the timely arrangement of vehicles for handover to customers.
- To support marketing teams to ensure the product is efficiently marketed, and operations to ensure the product is always in working condition.
- Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Executive, or similar role, is advantageous, with a track record of success in operations management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work as a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- IT technical/support knowledge
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Encompass flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
- A valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification required, in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Workplace in Sin Ming Area
- Able to start work on short notice
