Job Responsibilities:

- Drive global Talent Management practices, including talent selection, identification and engagement.
- Manage the progress of development for talent, including job rotation, mentoring and training program.
- Facilitate periodic talent review and succession planning with senior management.
- Drive green harvesting effort of recruiting and developing talents from Internship, Scholarship and Management Associate programs.
- Manage relationship with universities for talent pipelining.
- Design and drive initiatives in enhancing culture in the company.
- Drive employee engagement and improve overall employee experience.
- Provide leadership learning and development consultancy to the business stakeholders.
- Facilitate Learning Needs Analysis and implement strategic corporate-driven Learning Plan
- Design learning interventions and ensure successful deployment.
- Develop and implement e-learning solutions.
- Work closely with senior management and HR partners as a Global Subject Matter Expert in Talent and Learning/OD matters.

Job Requirements:

- Track record of successfully implementing Talent, Learning or/and OD initiatives in a complex / global organization
- Effective as an internal consultant and able to partner senior stakeholders.
- Able to multitask, deal with complexity, manage multiple deliverables.
- Able to balance hands-on execution and driving strategic outcomes.
- Meticulous and able to see the big picture.
