**Job Description**:
SUMMARY

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, product sales, customer service to meet company’s targets and policies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To handle day to day operations of branch.

2. To ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.

3. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.

4. To assist reviewing branch sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed the targets.

5. To ensure branch is operating efficiently and effectively, required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology and customer service.

6. Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

7. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and product mix.

8. Responsible of maintenance, housekeeping, the cleanliness and tidiness of the branch and maintaining an organized workspace to enhance productivity.

9. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments.

10. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
