Apac, Architect Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The APAC Architect Manager role at Zoom is an exciting and rewarding position. We are looking for a dynamic leader with deep Unified Collaboration and UCaaS experience to build and scale the solutions architect and technical sales architect team.

This Leadership role will be tasked with leading the “Delivering Happiness” culture here at Zoom, both to our customers and your team. This leader will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent in the world. Leave your ego at the door, we are looking for a leader who wants to make everyone around them better. They must foster a culture of trust, teamwork and continued improvement both personally and professionally.

This Leadership role will be tasked with leading a complex and challenging collection of cross functional teams. We are looking for this leader to build and scale the Global Overlay Architecture team. They will be responsible for driving cross functional alignment and initiatives for the architecture team at Zoom. This will require business engagement with Sales, Solution Engineering, Support, Success and Product Management.

**As the APAC Architect Manager you will**:

- Oversee and lead the team of pre-sales architects
- Set and execute the Zoom technical pre-sales strategy for the Architect team
- Establish and streamline global escalation processes for APAC regional inputs to Americas HQ
- Work with our product leaders build and prioritize development strategy to provide consistently high levels of customer service
- Handle business, technical, personnel and customer escalations from the team
- Facilitate executive relationships and cross functional efforts within Zoom
- Manage the delivery of programs / initiatives to the larger SE Team
- Attract, coach, mentor and inspire highly technical and driven leaders in the industry
- Participate in Global SE Organization strategy and planning

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in senior technical role
- Minimum 5 years in a previous technical pre-sales organization
- Providing technical thought leadership and industry influence
- Work effectively across multiple leaders and departments
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Cross domain expertise across multiple technology areas
- Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes

**Desired Skills**
- Previous experience managing expert level technical teams
- Previous service delivery management experience
- Expert level certification from industry recognized source
- End-to-end IT systems knowledge- Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Thorough Unified Collaboration and UCaaS experience
- Zoom Communication platform and end-to-end positioning required
- Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
