- Job Responsibilities

- Maintain a conducive classroom environment and uphold the school's overall quality.
- Engage children in their learning by designing and delivering lessons tailored to their unique needs and interests.
- Source and provide suitable learning materials and teaching aids to enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with children as a supportive guide, creating stimulating learning experiences.
- Work closely with the class teacher and principal to develop a comprehensive portfolio showcasing children's progress, maintaining observation records and achievement data as needed.
- Foster strong, positive partnerships with parents.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the management team, contributing to a healthy work environment.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
