L1/l2 Childcare Teacher

**Requirements**
- Relevant L1 or L2 qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education, Arts, or Teaching.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting (preferred).
- Exceptional written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An open-minded attitude and a willingness to embrace the Reggio Emilia teaching approach.
- A receptiveness to feedback and a desire for personal growth.
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be a bonus.

- Engage children in their learning by designing and delivering lessons tailored to their unique needs and interests.
- Source and provide suitable learning materials and teaching aids to enhance the educational experience.
- Collaborate with children as a supportive guide, creating stimulating learning experiences.
- Work closely with the class teacher and principal to develop a comprehensive portfolio showcasing children's progress, maintaining observation records and achievement data as needed.
- Foster strong, positive partnerships with parents.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the management team, contributing to a healthy work environment.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
