Able to perform Assembly processes.
- Create and maintain SOP for processes and train staff accordingly.
- Provide leadership and commitment in supporting continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and delivery performance through the deployment of continuous improvement framework.
- Track the performance of sensors and system, suggest ways for improvement.
- Monitor and continuously improve daily quality/efficiency performance for assigned areas.
- Develop and monitor plans for production, ensuring effective inventory, material control & delivery.
- Set daily targets and oversee the execution. Monitor output, and actual results for the day.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare process manual and check sheet for production usage.
- Oversee the daily production of the Air Quality Monitoring Sensors, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance for the Air Quality Monitoring Sensors diagnosing issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise during the operation of the Air Quality Monitoring Solution.
- Document maintenance processes and operation protocols for future reference.
Pay: $2,376.84 - $6,768.97 per month
