Job Description

Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Conduct thorough evaluations of potential capital investments to ensure they meet financial and operational objectives.

Prepare and present detailed reports on investment performance and return on investment (ROI).

Design and optimize the layout of manufacturing spaces to improve workflow and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement layout changes that support production goals.

Assist in the development and execution of key company strategies.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, Business, or related engineering field
  • Global mindset | Self-motivated | high personal standard | Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Semiconductor Midstream and Upstream Companies
  • Programming skills
  • Knowledge about IC process and logistic flow are preferred
