Bike Mechanic

**Get Paid to Ride & Fix (Indoor Role)**

Love working with your hands and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as **Full-Time Bike Maintenance Crew**. Based in our warehouse, you’ll help ensure our fleet of shared bikes stays safe, functional, and ready to hit the streets—keeping the city moving, one repair at a time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine bike repairs (brakes, tires, chains, etc.) in a workshop setting
- Conduct safety checks and quality inspections on incoming and outgoing bikes
- Replace damaged parts and ensure bikes meet operational standards
- Record repair tasks and inventory usage using a mobile app or form
- Assist with loading/unloading bikes and support warehouse operations as needed
- Manage inventory and spare parts

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics and tools
- Comfortable working in an indoor warehouse environment
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Previous experience in bike repair or mechanical work is a plus
