Bike Mechanic

Get Paid to Ride & Fix (Indoor Role)

Love working with your hands and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Full-Time Bike Maintenance Crew. Based in our warehouse, you'll help ensure our fleet of shared bikes stays safe, functional, and ready to hit the streets—keeping the city moving, one repair at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine bike repairs (brakes, tires, chains, etc.) in a workshop setting
• Conduct safety checks and quality inspections on incoming and outgoing bikes
• Replace damaged parts and ensure bikes meet operational standards
• Record repair tasks and inventory usage using a mobile app or form
• Assist with loading/unloading bikes and support warehouse operations as needed
• Manage inventory and spare parts

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics and tools
• Comfortable working in an indoor warehouse environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in bike repair or mechanical work is a plus
