**Senior Investment Manager (Property/Real Estate)
You will be part of a team responsible for investment and development acquisitions of commercial assets covering strategic markets including Singapore, United Kingdom and Australia. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to support business decisions, deal sourcing, feasibility study, due diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition performance management. To perform well in this role, you must possess good business development skill and be familiar with investment process across different jurisdictions. It is essential to have experience of deal evaluation and financial modeling. You will also be required to provide other operational support to the Investment Department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics / Finance / Business / Real Estate or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution and 8 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with both local and overseas property markets
- Proven track record of investments
- Analytical, numerate, resourceful, adaptable and self-driven with attention to details
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Ability to travel is a must
