**Job Summary**
- This role, reporting to the Global Head AI and sitting within the CDO office of the bank, is critical in driving AI adoption and enablement across the bank functions. Leading a team of AI delivery and engagement profiles, you will be the interface between technical design and business need. Working in close collaboration with strategy teams. This role will need to be able to show a track record of driving machine learning as well as generative AI innovation projects to deliver tangible and measurable business value and drive a coherent strategy of project priority, capability to needs fit exercises and to ensure an accelerated rate of AI adoption and Gen AI production across the target teams and business disciplines.- Internally this role will be key in ensuring delivery capability alignment to the needs of the business and prioritising highly replicable technical outcomes across multiple disciplines through speaking to business users in their own language, understanding the domain and demonstrating fit of capability to problem statement.- Externally this role will be key in sharing learnings, best practice and successes with the wider innovation community as they raise the profile of the team, bank and brand at industry events, workshops and roundtables.**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles:
**Key Stakeholders**
- Business Analysts, Business Partners, COO Business, ITO, CDO, internal staff, clients and 3rd parties.
- 10+ years domain experience in multiple banking domain areas; retail and wholesale banking, financial crime/AML innovation, AI use case design and deployment within regulated FI environments.
- 10 years+ Leadership experience leading technical and non-technical professionals within a financial services, FinTech or Regtech environment.
- Strong P&L ownership and ROI accountability for technical delivery and internal cost allocation a must
- A proven ability to communicate top down and bottom up to manage stakeholders from C suite to business lead and user levels.
- Highly polished presentation and speaking skills to share complex ideas to business users and ensure buy in as well as promote the progress of the bank’s AI program and act as an external Ambassador for the program at industry events and workshops.
- Demonstrate an active network of AI innovators, partners and technology vendors and demonstrate involvement and activity within this space to keep abreast of new developments and capabilities that the bank should replicate or take advantage of
- Exposure to AI and Generative AI innovation projects as a sponsor, lead and SPOC essential. They must be able to share detailed experiences as to how to scale and productionise Gen AI within a regulated FI environment.
- Highly competent problem solving and solutioning skills; able to demonstrate business need as well as technical solution discovery and design
- Previous strategy and planning or product management roadmap experience essential as strategic direction input and capability roadmap rollout and internal communication will be essential elements of this role.
- Familiarity with Global Transaction Banking partner innovation projects and the Singapore FinTech or RegTech community also highly desirable.
