Strongly support to manage task, timeline, communication, risk, vendor, document quality.
- Managing project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives
- Effectively support to communicate project progress, status, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on project metrics, risk and dependencies.
- Work closely with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization’s roadmap and strategy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience IT project manager.
- Skilled in IT Project Managcontain/hostement.
- Ability to perform business tasks in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Understanding the overview or experience in some of the following areas:
- Active Directory (AD) upgrade
- Domino and Edecommission and/or upgrade
- File servers upgrade
- Infra Apps (DHCP, CA, Jump-Host, Xen Desktop Server) upgrade
- EOS/EOL hardware decommission, consolidation and/or upgrade
- Data Centre components decommission, consolidation and/or upgrade
- JP1 rebuild, replace (with alternatives), consolidate and/or upgrade
- Citrix EnSetup to contain / host EOSL Application and Middleware
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Project Management Professional
- Over five years of project management experience in the financial industry.
- Tech refresh project experiences
