We are looking for a talented receptionist with outstanding organization skills.
- Act as a PA to the Business Owner in France;
- Assist the HR Manager on administrative duties;
- Attend to, and answer all incoming calls from our international clients;
- Stay calm under pressure;
- Direct calls to appropriate staff;
- Manage the office, Ensure all meeting rooms are well maintained and tidy and availability are kept updated;
- Sorting and distributing incoming mails;
- Arrange outgoing mails / courier services;
- Assist in coordination of ad-hoc Company functions/events;
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required;
- You must possess excellent English skills;
- Presentable and well spoken;
- Minimum completed GCE “N” level or equivalent;
- 2-3 years working experience;
- Is solution orientated problem solver, requiring mínimal supervision (after training);
- IT savvy
