Sales Engineer/executive

At ENX Systems, we use our ENX Sustainability AI platform to optimize energy use in buildings with smart IoT sensors and controls. Our solutions cut energy consumption by up to 40% while monitoring systems like ACMV, lighting, plug loads, air and water quality, and occupancy. Whether for new or existing buildings, ENX integrates seamlessly as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) or Energy Management System (EMS) to improve sustainability and performance in real time.
**Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
- **Pre-Sales & Closing**:Engage with building owners, developers, and facility managers to gather project requirements, business goals, and budget details. Identify key decision-makers and align solutions to their priorities. Collaborate with the Design Engineering team to define scope and customize proposals. Deliver clear, persuasive presentations on technical features and benefits. Lead negotiations on both technical and commercial terms to close deals. Ensure seamless handover to Field Engineering for project execution and keep sales activities updated in the CRM system.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster strong client relationships to identify upsell and renewal opportunities. Stay engaged with existing clients and manage SaaS contract renewals to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Outdoor Sales, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for technology.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and attentive to details.
- Willingness to provide on-site support across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. Possession of own transportation and a valid driver’s license is advantageous.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
