**About the job**:
Our clients' needs are constantly changing, and so our products need to change with them. Strategic Partner Developers serve as our consultants to our customers, using research and analytics to build long-lasting relationship with our partners. Your expertise of Google's products and our partners' businesses allow you to identify new opportunities for their growth, launch new products, and expand the impact of our clients' work. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to work effectively with Google's partners, in order to best represent our users, products and programs and drive growth.
Google’s Global Partnerships (GP) team creates user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our partners.
The Knowledge and Information Partnerships organization works with external partners to help build Google products through product-enabling relationships (e.g., data licensing, content/distribution partnerships, API/platform integrations, and technology licensing).
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager for Search and Assistant, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for these core products, helping us build, launch, and scale the next generation of these products across APAC. You'll interact with Google leadership, cross-functional teams and external partners alike, helping to realize the greatest potential for our products.
Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and lead partnerships for Google Search and Assistant and manage implementations and relationships.
- Identify gaps and drive strategy where Search and Assistant and other key product areas need to innovate, creating opportunity for key countries across APAC.
- Drive go-to-market planning for key features across Search and Assistant, helping design and working collaboratively to execute scalable content acquisition programs.
- Design and implement processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner at scale. Ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that Google is providing the required support.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales). Provide feedback from partners and market intelligence with the aim of creating more locally relevant product offerings.
