**Job Overview**

The **F&B Pool Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing both food and beverage operations and the pool area to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and safety. This role involves supervising the poolside F&B services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and drinks to guests lounging by the pool, and managing a team of pool attendants, waitstaff, and bartenders. The F&B Pool Supervisor ensures that all service operations run smoothly, pool safety protocols are followed, and the overall poolside environment remains clean and inviting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Poolside F&B Operations**: Manage all food and beverage services at the pool, ensuring orders are taken and delivered promptly and guests receive exceptional service.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee and mentor a team of pool attendants, waitstaff, and bartenders, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner to enhance the overall guest experience.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Ensure pool safety rules are enforced, and that the poolside area, including dining areas, is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- **Stock Management**: Oversee inventory and ensure the pool bar and F&B stations are stocked with necessary supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
- **Training & Development**: Train staff on customer service standards, menu knowledge, and health and safety regulations, including lifeguard and emergency protocols when applicable.
- **Collaboration with Kitchen & Bar Staff**: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless food and drink preparation and delivery.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Handle daily reports, cash transactions, and any incidents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Experience in F&B Management**: Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or poolside hospitality roles.
- **Knowledge of Safety Standards**: Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations related to pool and F&B operations.
- **Lifeguard certification **(required)
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,200.00 per month
