Queenstown, Singapore Alexandra Hospital Full time

Assist with ordering, receiving, inspecting and issuing of food & non-food items.
- Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner and carry out regular stock take.
- Liaise with suppliers and handle queries relating to delivery and stock discrepancies.
- Keep inventory management systems and records up to date.
- Assist with in-house caterings on ordering and setting up for events.
- Assist with department crockery and cutlery inventory count.
- Handle telephone calls, enquiries and feedback. Record and convey messages, follow up and respond as appropriate with inter-related departments.
- Generate patients’ meal chits from eMOS and handed over to kitchen for assembly of meals.
- Manage diet control in administration work and meal-related matters.
- Assist kitchen during meal assembly and plating ensuring all the meals are loaded accordingly.
- Monitor and collate operations reports on a regular basis, and highlight any discrepancies or irregularities to the Reporting Officer.
- Write minutes of meetings.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Good phone etiquette, communication and interactive skills.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Hardworking, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and also team oriented.
- Good spoken and written English.
- 5-days work week and able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays.
