We are looking for a certified and detail-oriented Food Hygiene Auditor to perform compliance audits at F&B outlets. This freelance role offers advance-scheduled shifts, flexible hours, and meaningful work contributing to food safety standards.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $350 per day (9-hour workday)
- Engagement: ~5.5 days/month
- Shifts: Scheduled 1 month in advance
- Night/Midnight Shifts: Occasionally included (open availability preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Audit 3 food outlets per day (approx. 2 hours/store), assessing:

- Food handling & storage
- Hygiene practices
- Regulatory compliance (SFA standards)
- Document findings and submit accurate reports promptly
- Provide clear feedback and corrective action plans to outlet managers
- Stay current with SFA guidelines and HACCP principles
- Travel to stores within an assigned cluster

**Requirements**:

- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 (Food Hygiene Auditor) or Basic Food Hygiene Certificate recognized by SFA
- Prior food safety audit or inspection background
- Familiarity with HACCP or equivalent food safety systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication for reporting and follow-ups
- Able to work independently with good time management

**Job Type**: Freelance
