**Scientist in Computer Vision for human action understanding using neural symbolic integration.**

A*STAR Centre for Frontier AI Research (CFAR) Singapore is seeking an exceptional Computer Vision/Machine Learning Scientist to expand our dynamic and multi-disciplinary AI team.

We are looking for two-research scientists with a background in Computer Vision and Machine learning to work on human action understanding using neurosymbolic AI approaches. Background in scene graph generation, action recognition, relational learning, inductive logic programming, causal learning, and neural symbolic integration is highly advantageous.

**Job requirements**:

- PhD degree in Computer Vision or Machine Learning (or related discipline) with a strong record of accomplishment in CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI or journal papers in IEEE TPAMI, IJCV, JMLR, Pattern Recognition, IEEE TIP and related. PhDs with a record of accomplishment of the above-mentioned are encouraged to apply.
- Strong programming skills in python (Pytorch, Tensorflow).
- Excellent computer vision and machine learning skills are required.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
