Singapore Exservices Pte Ltd Full time

The role involves handling of site requirements for EX Services and ensures that engineers’ utilisation rate shall achieve 65% as a monthly and yearly target. In addition, monitoring and coordinating between EXS internally as well as with EXHEAT to ensure that achieves the Monthly and Yearly Order Intake Budget.
- **Primary Responsibilities**_
- Managing Key customer accounts including order processing and arrangement of local deliveries.
- Issuing of site services related quotation to client, including following up to finalise the requirements.
- Travel arrangements for Site Engineers (SG/INDIA/UK)
- Completing site invoicing.
- Complete Site utilization slides for Board Meetings.
- Identifying an opportunity for higher valued quotations and update the manager
accordingly.
- **Secondary Responsibilities.**_
- Issuing of Spares & Repeat bundle quotations to Clients for urgent requirements.
- Processing client purchase orders for all Spares, Repeat Bundles and site services for urgent requirements.
- Handling all intercompany Sales Processes which include drafting of Contract Review and logging on orders.
- Creating BOM for spare parts, route cards and works orders.
- Following up on quotations and potentially converting them into orders.
- Provide any necessary clerical and administrative supports for the After Sales
Department.
- Creating and issuing SPIRS for document control and clients when required.
- Creating Purchase orders direct to suppliers when required.
- Answering the telephone, directing the calls appropriately and taking down messages.
- Sending out corporate literature/ technical manual.
- Provide any necessary clerical and administrative support for the After Sales Department.
- Provide general administrative supports to the Office/HR department when required.

Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
