We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Catering Supervisor with a Class 3 driving license to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our catering services, overseeing store management, schedule management, and managing catering events. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of catering experience to ensure effective coordination and execution of our catering operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the overall catering operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store management, including inventory control, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule catering events, including delivery routes and timings, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations during the preparation, storage, and transportation of food.
- Supervise and train catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service quality.
- Monitor event setup and ensure proper display of food and beverages, adhering to the company's presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and improve menu offerings based on customer feedback and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive company vehicles to transport catering equipment, food, and staff to event venues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catering, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Halal food practices and understanding of cultural sensitivities is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations and willingness to maintain compliance.
- Flexibility in working hours, as catering events may require early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
