**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensuring payment and securities transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all standard operating procedures
- Perform checks for trade related and client signed documents. Ensuring accuracy, qualification, and documentation.
- Support portfolio management team with daily hedging requirements
- Generate & review control reports daily, escalating any outstanding items to business
- Perform independent call back function on client instructions in relation to payments and static data changes
- Prepare documentation to external parties such as reference letters and confirmation of balances to auditors
- Keep track of regulatory requirements applicable, provide solutions and implement to BAU operations
- Support on the monthly Quality Assurance review.

**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum Bachelors degree or the equivalent in a related discipline
- At least 1-3 years of experience working within the banking industry.
- Familiarity with payment processing and products such as bonds, structured products, funds and OTC.
- Comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical skills to investigate financial deviations and drivers
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn and take on additional challenges
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to assist with operation matters for the Chinese speaking stakeholders/clients.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
