We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend experience, especially in PHP (Laravel), to support the ongoing development and optimization of our internal platforms. This role is crucial for ensuring system stability while modernizing our technology stack and enhancing integration efforts with external tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and lead backend development tasks across internal PHP-based platforms.
- Work closely with the existing developer team to maintain and improve our backend systems.
- Propose practical improvements and assist in adopting newer frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement system integrations as needed.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend architecture.
- Contribute to clean, well-documented code and encourage peer code reviews.
- Contribute to RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Provide technical insights and guidance during planning discussions.
- Assist in preparing systems for future scale, stability, and maintainability.
- Develop optimized database queries to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval.
- Support web security standards, including input validation and secure session handling.

**Requirements**:

- 6-10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on PHP (Laravel or Symfony).
- Solid understanding of MySQL, APIs, Git workflows, and Linux-based environments.
- Familiar with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus).
- Experience working with or transitioning legacy systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to learning new platforms and frameworks while supporting team-wide initiatives.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Strong proficiency in Git branching strategy, and collaboration via platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Ability to create technical documentation.
- Experience with MySQL database optimization.
- Experience with cloud hosting services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
