The incumbent provides overall management of the HR Shared Services function, to provide scalable HR operational services to the Bank in its Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**:

- The job holder is responsible for the following:

- Lead the HR Shared Services team (inclusive of payroll & HR operations) to drive continuous improvement and service delivery excellence by ensuring a well-controlled environment through effective processes, workflows and technology
- Coach and develop the team to ensure accurate, consistent and efficient service delivery in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Ensure risk management within the function is well-controlled by identifying and implementing appropriate risk control measures to mitigate inherent and potential risks
- Collaborate with other HR teams, various stakeholders in the bank and vendors to ensure operations are optimized and aligned to HR and business strategies to support the broader HR team and the Bank, leading to better quality overcomes

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources
- 10 years or more experience in payroll management / HR service delivery
- Working knowledge of HR compliance in the areas of payroll, tax and work pass management
- Payroll management, data analytics, project management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of direct reports
- A team player who is customer focused and with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and collaborate across all levels and teams.
- An independent, adaptive and innovative individual with a strong appreciation of processes and high resilience, agility and passion to drive continuous process improvements to raise standards in delivery of HR services
