**Job Description**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Engage with university talents for internship and full time role recruitment.
- Coordinate onsite and virtual university recruiting programmes/events.
- Act as a great career advisor to university talents.
- Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions for intern and fresh grad positions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Recruiter and Hiring teams.
- **Experience & Skills Required;**
- 2+ years related human resource, recruiting coordination experience or years of related customer service experience.
Customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone)
- Microsoft outlook experience required (scheduling, calendar, etc.)
