**Job Summary**:
As a **Database Operations Executive**, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing databases that support our marketing and operational initiatives. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data for decision-making, reporting, and system functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Management**: Oversee and manage database operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- **Data Integrity**: Regularly monitor and maintain the integrity of data, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- **Database Optimization**: Implement strategies for database optimization and tuning to ensure efficient processing and retrieval of information.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Ensure regular database backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks for internal teams, providing insights as needed.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with IT, marketing, and operations teams to meet data needs and ensure database alignment with company goals.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot database-related issues, performing maintenance and resolving problems as they arise.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of database systems, procedures, and configurations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Database Operations Executive**or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **CRM**:

- Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
