This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide database strategy and operations across global platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage global database operations, ensuring availability, resilience, and compliance. Oversee large-scale, mission-critical environments with millions of daily transactions. Drive transformation initiatives such as automation, modernization, and cloud migration. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across multiple geographies. Partner with senior stakeholders to align database operations with business strategy. Manage vendors, budgets, and performance to ensure cost-effective delivery. Candidate Requirements 12+ years of experience in database engineering/operations. 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity within complex enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and cloud-native database technologies. Strong regulatory and security knowledge within financial services.
