**Responsibilities**:

- **END TO END RECRUITMENT**: Owning the desk and perform end to end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up. Deliver consistent and high-quality work throughout the entire recruitment process.
- **REQUIREMENT GATHERING**:Perform detailed brief with the client/hiring team to understand the job requirements
- **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:Identifying additional/potential business with existing clients whilst identify and actively develop new clients.
- **PROJECTS**:Deliver to ad hoc project based on business needs
- **TOOLS**: Utilize dashboards, ATS and platforms to perform daily tasks

**What you have to offer**:

- It is mandatory to have experience in technical recruitment/hiring
- Proven work experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Software engineering and architecture
- Information Security
- Infrastructure (Storage, Networking, Database and etc)
- Data Science, analytics, and engineering
- Cloud/Devops
- Technical analyst/consultant
- IT Operations
- IT Sales
- Experience performing different recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches
- Experience with any ATS platforms (eg. iCims, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo)
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Agile by nature, solution-driven, and multitasking your preferred working style
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc)
- Ability to identify and actively develop clients
- Prior experience in customer service would be added advantage
