Provide general administration support, coordination and execution of a variety of business functions including but not limited to the following:
- Provide administrative support to Principal Investigators within the Signature Research Programme in Cancer & Stem Cell Biology (CSCB).
- Execute finance, budget, manpower, grant administration and policy interpretation to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Review, enhance and streamline work processes for value-add impacts and outcomes.
- Compile data, claims and reports in a timely manner with analytical inputs.
- Maintain department records and serve as a liaison for day-to-day operational matters.
- Draft white paper/ approval papers for the programme and circulate for approvals.
- Organise and facilitate ongoing programmes and events for Principal Investigators/ graduate students.
- Facilitate local and overseas logistics for meetings & events.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the reporting officers.
**Job Requirements**
- Prior work experience in a research or academic setting would be advantageous.
- Able to take initiative, is self-driven, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
