About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a global brand partnership director to join our newly formed Global E-Commerce Key Accounts and Partners Team. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic e-Commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.
- Responsible for leading the Global key accounts & partnerships (GA&P), designing short-term, medium, and long-term strategies for merchants' operations. Develop and implement the operation strategies & business models of GA&P in different regions/markets.
- Produce business analysis to evaluate the operations of GA&P, through data analysis, merchant research, and in-depth business case development & landing. Provide operational guidance to optimize GA&P's business models around 4 key stages: onboarding, cold start, growth, and maturity, to achieve incremental GMV growth & higher efficiency.
- Promote the productization of business methodology and solutions (including but not limited to data products, operation/marketing tools, etc.) to help GA&P grow exponentially.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data, local ops, and other XFNs) to solve key challenges in business growth.
- Build communication mechanisms: sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal counterparts to maximize client strategies, engender trust and ensure smooth landing of collaborative projects. Regularly consult with local/regional Account Managers to enhance brand performance and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree and above, 10 years+ work experience. Proven experience KA solution/marketing/brand/EC/strategy is a plus; A mixed experience in both marketplace platform side and brand side is highly preferred.

- Have a solid understanding of social e-commerce and content marketing, understanding in livestream a plus.
- Strategic thinking & result-driven, affinity with numbers, and strong communication skills in external and internal cross function. Able to produce and execute effective solutions for GKA.
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- International work experience is a plus; Willing to travel for business.
