The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods from Marlink dedicated warehouses to customers, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating transportation, maintaining accurate inventory, liaising with customers, internal teams, and resolving logístical issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Order fulfilment.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in accordance with the organisational SLA.
- Cross functional coordination with internal teams and clients, to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Daily coordination with 3PL partners for transportation booking.
- Process and handle rush orders in timely manner.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Maintain updated records of orders, resolving backlogs and open orders, to ensure efficient inventory record
- Resolve issues related to transportation, delays, or damaged goods.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Able to comply with company security and safety procedures and regulations.
- Support management with logistics related project.
- Support RMA team to track return equipment in singapore.
- Assist with other logistics tasks when needed

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, WMS).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Experience with shipment of dual use and dangerous goods.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft package
- Experience serving international customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, English is must.
- Exceptional organizational and coordinating skills.
