**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with client, Architect, Interior Designer, Structural, M&E consultant & Contractor.
- To produce Mechanical Design and provide M&E technical knowledge support.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of project.
- To monitor the progress and quality of the jobs by conducting routine inspection and walkthrough on site. Ensure quality performance of project.
- Implementations of cost control system
- To attend project meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and contractors.
- To liaise closely with the project team members on construction activities, i.e. site logistic, liaison with building management and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with the M&E sub Contractor in co-ordination and installation, testing and commissioning
- To highlight any potential problems or difficulties of the project to client or Architect and present mitigation measure.
- To act as immediate contact point for Client, and others relevant parties
