Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards specific to Singapore. Manage multiple building projects, ensuring adherence to outlined specifications and timelines. Collaborate with other engineering professionals to optimize design processes. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficiency and safety. Provide detailed project reports and documentations for management review. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle and propose effective resolutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
