Our client is one of the leading IT solutions company specialising in the public sector

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects and responsible for the execution from planning to initiation to completion.
- Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.
- Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedules.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements to achieve optimal resource utilization.
- Identify, manage and track issues, risks and dependencies that affect the delivery of the project outcome.
- Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards.
- Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from senior management, programme sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Formulate feasible approaches and prepare proposals for senior management approvals.
- Identify and recommend options for problem resolution with consideration for existing limitations, stakeholder inputs and demands.
- Identify funding needs and guide funding requests in alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Prioritise project demands according to resource availability and business priorities.
- Identify gaps and formulate improvements in managing projects or processes where required.
- Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Engagement, communication and promotion of plans to key stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure integration is included in relevant work plans.
- Manage vendor and internal customers to deliver projects, change requests and service requests on time to meet overall project goals.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
- Prepare and submit funding requests.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology related disciplines
- At least 8 years hands-on experience in developing, implementing and maintaining large scale public sector/nationwide IT projects with approval paper and writing
- Solid understanding of SDLC and experience through at least 5 full project lifecycles.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.

**Other Information**:

- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 830am - 530pm
- Location: Northeast
- Up to S$10.5K Base+great benefits

**Salary**: $6,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month
