Invoice posting in FRESA (Billing Software).
- Follow up with customer for Purchase Order.
- Coordinate and Liaise with various departments for documents and billing.
- Support PO, Billing and invoicing enquiries and disputes.
- Scanning of Fleet documents timely.
- Ensuring all docs have the required endorsements before uploading in respective job folders.
- Tally Fleet petty cash daily.
- Recording and updating Fleet Overtime and Adhoc loading for Salary processing accurately.
- Maintain and Monitor Fleet teams related passes, certificates which are due for renewal.
- Maintain Driver’s particular under strict PDPA compliance for government Jobs.
- Maintain and Monitor Vehicles road tax, insurance, inspections and certificates which require renewal.
- Monitor Vehicle weekly in-house inspection.
- Any other Adhoc duties
