**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the product roadmap of platform campaign initiatives, such as promotional events and trading bonus, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.-
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on innovation and excellence.-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, engineering, and data analysis to conceptualize and execute effective campaign features and tools.-
Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure the impact of campaigns, test hypotheses, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.-
Advocate for quality engineering solutions and scalable architectural designs, while considering localization needs and maintaining a high level of system performance.-
Manage projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder coordination, prioritizing quick iterations and impactful results.-
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.**What We Look For In You**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.-
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the internet or e-commerce industry, with a proven track record of leadership.
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.-
Passionate about problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences.-
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of projects.-
