Exciting Opportunity: Lead Operations Engineer (L2 Application Support)

We're searching for a talented and motivated Lead Operations Engineer to join our team and take charge of L2 Support operations.

**Role Overview**:As our Lead Operations Engineer (L2 Application Support), you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues faced by our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through challenging scenarios, and your strategic insights will contribute directly to product enhancements and optimizations.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and mentor a team of talented L2 Support engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and analyze intricate technical problems, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Product Management, to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication both internally and externally. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into support practices to elevate team performance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A recognized degree or diploma in IT or related discipline with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong proficiency in technical troubleshooting, enabling you to guide your team through intricate technical challenges.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a passion for developing and motivating teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional support experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As this role is urgent, preference is given to immediate joiners, if not, those at least with 1m notice.
