**Job Description** About the job**

We want to fill this position with a proactive digital content enthusiast who shares our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”. You will be a key driver in ensuring and enhancing the online customer experience.

**Your assignment**
- You will ensure that all live content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA brand values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey.
- Support and take full ownership of planning, execution and project management for web content projects and campaigns in the Commercial Calendar.
- Work in close relationship with the Web Merchandiser(s) to secure commerciality online.

**Qualifications** Your profile**

You have a passion for home furnishings and retailing.
Commercially driven and capable of contributing to the unit with web/online editorial expertise as well as converting user behaviour and data into action plans.
Understand a site’s target audience and requirements.
Able to produce content and to write it interestingly and appealingly that reflects the IKEA tone of voice.
Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Able to simplify and explain complex issues and procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
To develop strong collaborations across functions and the SEA region.
Agility in approaching challenging situations.
Structured, detailed orientated and love being one.
You share the IKEA values and belief in growing business and people together.
