**Team Introduction**: The international tax team provides tax solutions for various lines of business within and outside the group, including controlling tax costs by optimising transaction arrangements; optimising transaction arrangements and assisting business landing, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the global international tax business partner team to support businesses to perform tax assessments for (new) products, develop efficient and compliant tax solutions in the designated jurisdictions, as well as maintain the tax consistency among different jurisdictions for the same product at the group level.
- Coordinate closely with the country tax team, to share the latest business updates and develop specific tax solutions together with the local country tax managers.
- Periodically review the business model and tax solutions for existing products in the group, and monitor the tax risk if exists.
- Monitor the change and update of tax legislation, identify potential tax impacts and provide tax solutions to the business team in advance. Lead teams to provide tax training or tax updates to related business teams.
- Collaborating with various departments internally and maintaining smooth communication with tax authorities, other regulatory authorities and external firms in various countries;
- Be responsible for building the tax bp team and developing the team's ability to solve problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified chartered accountant or tax legal/lawyer with at least 15 years international tax experience,
- Bachelor degree or above,
- Have relevant tax experience in MNC, public accounting firm or reputable law firm,
- Familiar with the tax regulations and local practice in the region of APAC, Europe or America,
- Ability to clearly communicate tax technical issues to non-tax professionals,
- Ability to lead complex projects working effectively across cross-functional teams,
- Extensive experience in team management,
- Excellent oral and written English skills,
- Self-motivated and have strong ownership of projects with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and
- Effective interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills.
