**Job Description**:

- Responsible for all tax compliance matters such as, but not limited to the following:

- Primary contract for regulators and tax authorities
- Oversee the tax calculations as part of the periodic financial closing and reporting
- Oversee the accounting and reporting processes for GST
- Oversee the process of periodic tax filings and resolutions of all tax queries with IRAS
- Manage tax reporting process such as review of quarterly tax provisioning to ensure alignment with Group Accounting Policy.
- Responsible for all tax advisory matters and the strategizing of effective tax solutions.
- Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management and communications of all tax related matters
- Reviewing of contracts to assess and manage tax implications
- Management of all internal tax policies and processes to ensure adherence to all corporate and regulatory tax requirements
- Responsible for the management of all transfer pricing related matters
