**Our Client**:
Our client is a world-leading chemical manufacturing firm based in the Netherlands. They are actively looking for their Head of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Report to Chief Financial Officer of Singapore, manage and execute the Singapore subsidiary's financial accounting, treasury, and tax activities
- Responsible for the full entity's Accounting, Treasury and Tax function, typical tasks including:

- Manage the financial accounting, treasury, and tax functionality. Ensure financial reporting integrity and compliance. Major tasks include:

- General accounting (with support from share service center) - General ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets. Manage and perform closing, reconciliation, and reporting processes. Comply to all closing timelines
- Treasury - Manage and perform local treasury functions under instruction from and close coordination with Global Treasury
- Tax - Manage and coordinate with external tax retainer to perform local tax functions (CIT, GST, Royalty, Transfer Pricing, etc.)
- Assume the role of internal control officer, responsible of maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of internal control system under global framework
- Handle internal & external audit
- Coordinate with Controlling function, support the annual budget & forecast process
- Overseeing the financial accounting operation of India legal entity
- Other ad hoc assignment

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields; Chartered Accountant or similar professional
- More than 10-15 years minimum relevant work experiences and leading a team
- Familiar with SAP environment
- Manufacturing environment experience a plus
- Good communication skill and attentive to details
- Strong team player with effective communication skills across a global multifunctional and diverse cultural organization
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and adapt in a rapidly changing market environment
