Finance & Operation Associate - Private Equity

Our client is a Private Equity firm based in Singapore. They focus on impact investing and is looking for a Finance Associate to join their growing team. You will play a pivotal role in financial and operational matters relating to the funds and the company

**Duties**:

- Reviewing reports prepared by the Fund Administrator
- Reviewing client’s capital statements, capital calls etc
- Preparing full set of monthly accounts and financial reports for the company
- Consolidation of group accounts.
- Preparation of periodical reports to various stakeholders
- Involve in year-end audit process
- Administering of the Fund structure
- Involve in Tax compliance, Tax reporting and Tax structuring for Funds.
- Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting
- Settlement of underlying investment capital calls Handling of corporate actions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms, fund administration or within private equity/ venture capital
- Able to work independently, team player, multi-tasker
- Posses a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Strong communication skills
