To perform all aspects of Butler operations. To provide efficient and reliable butler service to patients in accordance with the policies standards and guidelines set by Mount Elizabeth Hospital. To work closely with the Nursing Department (eg: Ward-clerks and nurses on duty)

**Key accountabilities**:

- Provide a high standard of personalised service to patients during breakfast, lunch, dinner & tea break services and also water services in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Involved in setting up and providing food service for meetings and functions.
- Assist other tasks whenever necessary in other section within FNB Department.
- Check all pantry equipment and mise-en-place.
- Carries out mini bar checks, charges and stock replenishment.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Secondary education with a pass in English.
- Preferably with two years relevant experience in Food and Beverage industry.
- Able to speak, write and read English and preferably be able to understand one or more local dialects.
