Operations Director

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the requirements of the company's strategy and business development, design operation and maintenance and infrastructure, and formulate operation and maintenance work strategies and plans 2. Responsible for personnel support and team management of relevant operation and maintenance teams, and improve the overall technical strength of the team 3. In-depth Understand various business systems of the business line, research, plan and establish operation and maintenance management platforms and tools that support large-scale clusters 4. Lead the team to ensure stable and safe operation of the business, and be able to respond to emergencies and problem tracking in a timely manner 5. Continuously explore and research Cutting-edge operation and maintenance, infrastructure technology direction and tools to improve the delivery efficiency of the company's operation and maintenance and R&D 6. Responsible for formulating operation and maintenance and basic resource demand plans, and managing and contracting resources to effectively control costs.

Qualifications:
1. Have more than 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance or R&D work in large and medium-sized Internet companies, and have at least 3 years of experience in technical team management 2. Proficient in distributed management, large-scale clusters, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies. In-depth and rich experience in available architecture, capacity planning and difficult problems 3. Strong engineering capabilities, proficient in at least one subfield of operation and maintenance or infrastructure, database, SRE, DevOps, information security and cloud native, etc. 4. Familiar with AWS/ Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud and other cloud platform operation and maintenance management experience 5. Have excellent team management ability, excellent problem-solving ability and strong learning ability 6. Be pragmatic and honest, have a big picture, have a strong sense of purpose and self Drive and excellent teamwork skills.
