**What will you be doing?**
- Assist new customers at the counters and provide information about the services and answer inquiries.
- Answer reception phone calls.
- Tally operations weighing details with the weighbridge details.
- Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.
- Verify the accuracy of payment details.
- Initiate/verify authentication approval for payment.
- Handle customer issues and feedback to the management for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in both digital and physical formats.
- Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the operations team, drivers, and management for smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support for office consumable
- Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.
**What we are looking for**
- Saturday and Sunday compulsory workday. Off on weekdays
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
