**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create content for digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our company blog.
- Assist in planning and executing content strategies that align with our brand goals and enhance customer engagement.
- Produce diverse content types including videos, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, translating this information into compelling content.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends and industry news to ensure content is relevant and appealing.
- Collaborate with influencers and other content creators for co-branded content initiatives.
- Analyze content performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of different content strategies and ideas.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in content creation, with a portfolio that includes written and digital content.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends, particularly within the beauty industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic video production and editing skills.
- Creative and artistic skills with an ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and online content strategies.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and the latest industry trends.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
